Manchester Victoria to Clitheroe service was left on the platform awaiting a driver. Despite numerous efforts by the conductor to advise the passengers that a driver was onroute via taxi eventually 55minutes after at 22.56pm the decison to cancel the train was made.
We were then transferred to the 23.01 service which had the consequences of only running to Blackburn.
We were informed that a Bus had been laid on for all Clitheroe Passengers however upon arrival at Blackburn there was no Bus.
